By booking or attending a GVTD event you acknowledge and agree to the points below. These notes sit alongside the full waiver you sign on the day and give every driver a clear heads-up before turning a wheel.

• Motorsport is inherently dangerous; accidents can cause serious injury or death, and you participate entirely at your own risk.

• You release and hold harmless Good Vibes Track Days, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and venue partners from all liability for any injury, loss, or property damage you may suffer before, during, or after the event, whether caused by their negligence or otherwise.

• You indemnify GVTD against any claim, cost, or expense that arises from your actions, omissions, or use of your vehicle at the event.

• Vehicle condition: you must present a road-worthy, well-maintained car with sound tyres, brakes, fluids, and safety equipment. GVTD officials may inspect (scrutinise) any vehicle at any time and may refuse track access if the car is judged unsafe or non-compliant.

• You agree to pay for any damage you or your vehicle cause to the circuit surface, barriers, fencing, buildings, timing equipment, or other property.

• You will follow all GVTD rules, officials’ instructions, flag signals, and speed limits in pit, paddock, and access roads; failure to comply can mean immediate removal with no refund.

• No refunds or credits are offered if an event is cancelled, postponed, or if you are excluded for safety or conduct reasons.

• In a medical emergency you authorise GVTD to obtain treatment on your behalf and you accept responsibility for all related costs.

• You grant GVTD the right to use photographs, video, or audio in which you appear for promotional or editorial purposes without payment.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
